At Mercer Island Swim & Dive, we believe success is not only measured by podium finishes or fastest times, but by the willingness to show up every day, embrace coaching, push through discomfort, and commit to getting better. Improvement is the one thing every athlete can control—regardless of their starting point.

This award honors the swimmer who has demonstrated the greatest overall development during the season.
